Life at The Next Step
The Next Step was a ministry house in Chiang Mai where young Thai men from the Hill Tribes lived, studied, and built a future together. Up to 28 students and young adults were impacted by this ministry. The house has closed, and these stories are kept as a record. Here are a few of their stories.

Our new student, Kaow!
We welcomed Kaow (Wanchai), 20, from the Hmong tribe, who just graduated from Payap Technology College where he studied computers.
Gorn finished year one at Payap!
Gorn, 18, of the Lahu tribe, recently finished his first year in the Mechanics program at the technical-school branch of Payap University.
Petro registered for Tech College!
Petro continued his education and took his next step toward a trade and independence.
Visitors, Fellowship, and Activities
Regular visitors joined the house for BBQ cookouts, soccer-watching, Bible study, and fellowship, keeping it a true home rather than just a residence.

Sorn put his growing video skills to use freelancing, while staying connected to the ministry house community.

Wit (Surasak) continued his education far from home, with the ministry house cheering him on.
